These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Live Wedding Painter services (“Services”) provided by Diana Merfeldiene, an entity registered in Ireland. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description: The Services offered by Diana Merfeldiene include Live Wedding Painting Services for wedding couples in Ireland. This involves the creation of bespoke paintings capturing moments from the couple’s wedding day.

2. Booking Process: Clients can book the Services through the Live Wedding Painter’s website or by contacting us directly. A €50 refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the wedding date.

3. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made within the specific timeframe of the wedding date may be subject to additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property: The artwork created during the wedding event remains the intellectual property of Diana Merfeldiene. Clients receive a license to use the artwork for personal purposes only and may not reproduce or distribute it without prior consent.

5. Liability: Diana Merfeldiene shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

6. Force Majeure: Diana Merfeldiene shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing the Services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.

7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

8. Amendment: Diana Merfeldiene reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Live Wedding Painter website.
